CSPH in the Philippines is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to build and maintain features across our stack: a TypeScript/Node.js API, a React (Next.js) web frontend, and a React Native mobile app.

You will work closely with the engineering team in a fast-paced environment, embracing AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to deliver robust, maintainable software while keeping a keen eye on code quality and API contracts. Ownership and timely delivery are valued here.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Hands-on with Node.js, Express, or similar backend framework.
• Experience with React, ideally Next.js framework.
• Hands-on with React Native.
• Relational databases and ORMs; RESTful API design.
• Ability to write automated tests as part of development.
• Experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in workflow.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

CSPH is a Philippines-based BPO that provides Accounts Management services to BayAgency, a Western partner company that manages social media influencers, specializing in Sales andSocial Media.

Role Overview

As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll build and maintain features across our platform — a TypeScript/Node.js API, a React (Next.js) web frontend, and a React Native mobile app — while working closely with the rest of the engineering team.

Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable adapting to changing priorities, moving quickly from requirements to implementation, and balancing speed with maintainability.

We also use AI coding agents heavily as part of our day-to-day workflow, so comfort working alongside tools like Claude Code is expected, not optional.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the stack — API endpoints, database queries, web UI, and mobile screens
• Develop and maintain features in our React Native mobile app , keeping it in sync with the backend API
• Move quickly from requirements to working software while maintaining code quality and following existing project conventions
• Adapt to changing priorities and help the team respond to evolving business needs
• Write clean, typed, and well-tested code
• Design and consume RESTful APIs; keep web, mobile, and backend aligned with the API contract
• Work with a relational database, primarily PostgreSQL, through an ORM
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code as a core part of your daily workflow — planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving changes
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot issues across web, mobile, and backend
• Collaborate with the team to scope features, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions efficiently
• Take ownership of assigned work and communicate blockers, tradeoffs, and progress clearly

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional fullstack development experience
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, or a similar backend framework
• Experience with React, ideally using a framework such as Next.js
• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Working knowledge of relational databases and ORMs
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Comfortable writing automated tests as part of normal feature development
• Practical experience working with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot as part of your development workflow — including prompting, reviewing, and steering AI-generated code, not just occasional autocomplete use
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows, including pull requests and code reviews
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight feedback loops
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work independently when needed
• Clear communication skills and comfort working in a small, agile team

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with PostgreSQL specifically
• Familiarity with Docker and CI pipelines
• Experience with real-time features such as WebSockets or SSE, or with chat and messaging systems
• Experience publishing or maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play
