Job summary

Omega Solutions Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work on a Node.js backend with a React frontend for a 6 months+ engagement in Bellevue, WA and Chicago, IL.

The role requires strong JavaScript skills, 3+ years with NodeJS, familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT-based authorization, and experience with common toolchains (Webpack, NPM) and version control (Git, SVN).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NodeJS.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks/libraries such as Express, Async, Lodash.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON Web Token (JWT) for authorization.
• Experience with Webpack and NPM.
• Familiarity with Git and SVN for version control.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
