Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain serverless backend services and responsive front-end interfaces for UtilityTrack.

You will work with the Technical Lead to ensure scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions across data management, asset inspection, and GIS features. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of production-grade web app experience, strong AWS expertise, and proficiency in Node.js and React with TypeScript/JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• AWS certifications are highly desirable.
• Extensive AWS expertise for designing, deploying and operating cloud-native apps.
• Strong fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control (Git).
• Proficient in Node.js and React with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and front-end/backend integration.
• Secure API design and cloud security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain serverless backend and front-end interfaces (React).
• Implement scalable serverless services using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3).
• Refactor legacy code for performance and cloud-native compatibility.
• Collaborate with tech lead to prioritise backlog and deliver features.
• Build and enhance UIs, integrate authentication flows.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (SST, GitHub Actions, Amplify).
• Monitor performance with AWS observability tools; ensure security/compliance.
• Document APIs, workflows and architectural decisions.
