Job summary

Aprio is seeking an Automation Developer to join its IT team in the Philippines. The role focuses on leveraging .NET, Angular, Python, SQL and cloud tools to automate business processes. Strong Agile/Scrum experience and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential.

The candidate should be able to work night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT) and mentor peers while delivering end-to-end automation solutions across interfaces and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or similar field.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, NLP, ML is a major plus.
• Experience with automation and BPM tools like UiPath/Automation Anywhere is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize business processes using modern tech; select appropriate tools.
• Analyze and simplify complex problems; propose automated solutions.
• Apply Agile practices to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability.
• Work within Agile/Scrum to manage end-to-end automation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Deliver multiple automation projects with quick wins and strategic impact.
