Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, secure, and operate production web applications across PHP/Laravel, Node.js, React and Next.js. You will own end-to-end delivery from idea to production and collaborate across product and design.

You will work onsite in the Philippines, maintain scalable architectures, implement secure coding practices, and contribute to automation, testing, and documentation to raise the team's engineering bar.

About The Role

The Full Stack Developer builds, secures, and operates production web software as an individual contributor. You will work across PHP and Laravel services, Node.js APIs, React and Next.js interfaces, and the core web stack of HTML, CSS, and SQL. You will connect applications to CRMs, create dependable workflows with no code automation, and manage Linux servers and cloud resources. You will raise the security bar through layered defenses and leave clear documentation that others can trust. You own outcomes from idea to production with high standards for speed, quality, and reliability. Excellence is the standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery rhythm and planning: Start each day with clear priorities. Attend stand ups, reviews, and retros. Keep your board current and remove your own blockers fast.
• Solution design and development: Design scalable solutions. Build features across PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, and Next.js with performance, accessibility, and maintainability in mind.
• APIs and integrations: Design and document REST and GraphQL endpoints. Integrate with CRMs and other platforms. Build dependable automation with no code tools.
• Data and storage: Model schemas, write efficient SQL, tune queries, and plan migrations, backups, and restores.
• Security and resilience: Implement strong authentication and authorization. Manage secrets and encryption. Add logging and monitoring. Apply protective layers including web application firewalls, rate limits, and bot controls.
• DevOps and infrastructure: Provision and administer Linux servers and containers. Configure web servers and CDNs. Set up CI CD, automated tests, observability, incident playbooks, and disaster recovery.
• Quality and release: Define clear entry and exit criteria for your work. Write unit, integration, and end to end tests. Use release checklists, support safe go live, and verify results after deployment.
• Documentation and standards: Produce clear architecture notes, API references, runbooks, and onboarding guides. Follow coding standards and code review discipline.
• Collaboration and communication: Share simple and timely status updates with product, design, growth, and clients. Surface risks early and make data informed decisions.
• Metrics and accountability: Track your throughput, cycle time, defect rates, uptime, response time, error budgets, and cost efficiency. Hold yourself to targets.
• Operational discipline: Follow processes for privacy, security, and compliance. Seek continuous improvement every sprint.

Requirements

• 10 plus years building and operating production web applications with strong results.
• Expert level capability in PHP and Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Proven experience with CRMs and no code automation platforms with robust integration patterns and sound data hygiene.
• Deep knowledge of Linux server setup and administration, containers, web servers, CDNs, domains, TLS, and DNS.
• Security mindset with experience in secure coding, dependency control, vulnerability scanning, hardening, monitoring, incident response, and layered protection including web application firewalls and single sign on.
• Mastery of Git, CI CD, automated testing, performance tuning, and observability.
• Consistent and thorough documentation across architecture, APIs, operations, and onboarding.
