iSupport Worldwide is hiring a Full Stack Data Engineer to architect and deploy the company’s first centralized data infrastructure in Pasig, Philippines. You’ll own the data stack from extraction to visualization, integrating NetSuite ERP data for demand planning and inventory optimization across core product lines.

You will design automated ETL pipelines, build scalable SQL warehousing, and deliver analytics foundations for Sales & Operations Planning, reporting, and executive insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering, database architecture, or full-stack analytics experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or CPG environments.
• Expert-level SQL and proven data warehouse experience in cloud environments (Azure SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
• Strong programming skills (Python) and experience with modern ETL/ELT tools to pull from REST APIs and ERP systems.
• Direct experience with NetSuite data schemas, saved searches, and APIs is highly preferred.
• Advanced data visualization and modeling with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query for enterprise reports.
• Builder mindset with ability to work independently in an unstructured tech environment and communicate to non-technical leaders.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable, builder-mentality Full Stack Data Engineer to architect and deploy our company’s first centralized data infrastructure. Currently, our data ecosystem is highly decentralized—relying on manual extractions, SharePoint folders, and localized scripts.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this "0-to-1" role will be responsible for designing a scalable SQL database environment, building robust automated ETL pipelines, and delivering the analytical foundation required for our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Your immediate priority would be integrating our NetSuite ERP data to power critical Demand Planning and inventory optimization models for our core product lines, plus reviewing and implementing demand planning models that cover seasonality, assumptions,.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture (0 to 1): Design, provision, and manage a centralized SQL relational database/data warehouse to serve as the company's single source of truth.
• ETL & Pipeline Engineering: Replace existing decentralized workflows (e.g., automated email attachments, SharePoint file drops, manual NetSuite JSON scriptlets) with secure, automated, and monitored ETL/ELT pipelines.
• ERP Integration: Deeply integrate with our NetSuite environment, extracting critical supply chain, purchasing, and sales data to feed downstream analytics.
• Demand Planning & Supply Chain Analytics: Partner directly S&OP leaders (supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance) to build the complex data models and automated reporting necessary for accurate demand forecasting, safety stock calculations, and supplier performance tracking.
• Business Intelligence (BI): Architect semantic models and develop dynamic, automated dashboards (using Power BI, DAX, etc.) to deliver actionable insights to operations, purchasing, and sales, marketing and executive teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, database architecture, or full-stack analytics roles, specifically within manufacturing, supply chain, or CPG environments.
• Database Architecture: Expert-level SQL proficiency and proven experience standing up data warehouses (e.g., Azure SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar cloud environments) from scratch.
• Pipeline Development: Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience using modern ETL/ELT integration tools to pull from REST APIs and ERP systems.
• ERP Familiarity: Direct experience working with NetSuite data schemas, saved searches, and APIs is highly preferred.
• BI & Data Modeling: Advanced capability in data visualization and modeling, specifically utilizing Power BI, DAX, and Power Query to build enterprise-grade reports.
• The "Builder" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to operate independently in an unstructured tech environment, communicating complex technical architecture to non-technical business leaders.
