Job summary

Octal Philippines Inc. is hiring two Full-Stack Developers, Data Applications, to design and build backend data pipelines and the self-service application layer that powers internal teams. You will work with Python, Snowflake, REST APIs, and web interfaces to deliver end-to-end features replacing 40+ Alteryx Gallery apps.

The team uses Claude and other AI tools to accelerate development, guided by strong coding practices and fast deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development with data tools.
• Solid Snowflake SQL knowledge (JOINS, CTEs, window functions).
• REST API experience including OAuth2 and pagination.
• Full-stack capability with Python backend and HTML/JS frontend.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend data pipelines and self-service apps end to end.
• Integrate with REST APIs and manage data workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to replace 40+ Alteryx Gallery apps.
• Experiment with AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.
