Job summary

Wonder Group | Liviti & Wedded Wonderland is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Marketer to drive marketing across Liviti and Wedded Wonderland. You will work across strategy, content, paid media, lead generation, CRM, automation, AI, and analytics.

The role involves developing and optimizing full-funnel marketing, managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google, creating lead-gen funnels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing.
• Hands-on experience with social media and content marketing.
• Experience managing paid campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday marketing workflows.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different brands.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution without needing to be micromanaged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Build lead-generation campaigns, funnels, and conversion strategies.
• Manage CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing processes.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize results.
• Conduct audience and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across Liviti and Wedded Wonderland.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and other internal teams.
