Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate order management, parts sourcing, and service fulfilment from the Philippines. You will ensure accurate processing, timely updates, and effective communication with field teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university; preferred fields include Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration.
• Professional certifications or completed courses in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Transportation Management, or Procurement are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming service parts requests from Field Service Centers; ensure orders are transacted through ES/Remedy or other platforms.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates to service work orders and support field service scheduling and dispatch activities.
• Source required parts from suitable inventory locations globally; coordinate with supply chain to reduce shortages and backorders.
• Coordinate shipments with 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, and distribution centres; track and resolve delivery issues.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Service Coordinators and Field Service teams; provide progress updates and manage expectations.
• Monitor fulfilment against SLA commitments and drive continuous improvement in order and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily operational reports on order status, shipments, backorders, and service metrics; provide data for decision making.
