Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in FTTH / fiber optic network installation.
• Experience in aerial and/or underground fiber deployment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and secure fiber optic cables for FTTH networks.
• Perform pole climbing, lashing, and cable pulling activities safely.
• Identify and repair fiber faults, cable damages, and network issues.

Skills

Experience in FTTH / fiber optic network installation

Ability to climb poles and work at heights

Basic understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage

Good communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
