Job summary

Wokab in the Philippines is seeking a frontend developer to build responsive, scalable web apps for CodeMate's AI-powered products, collaborating with designers, backend and AI engineers to deliver new features.

You will write clean frontend code, optimize performance and accessibility, participate in reviews, and help evolve frontend architecture while staying current with modern technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Good understanding of responsive design and modern UI development.
• Familiarity with Next.js is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services.
• Understanding of Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Passion for learning and building products in a fast-paced startup environment.
