Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in El Nido, Palawan. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient office administration. Responsibilities include managing front desk staff, handling guest queries and complaints, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Front Office leadership, ideally in luxury resorts or 5-star hotels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and luxury service standards.
  • Willing to be based in El Nido, Palawan
