Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Job Summary: Store Partners (FOH) are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by performing various tasks such as order taking, serving, cashiering, and bussing. They ensure a positive dining experience for guests by maintaining a clean and organized environment, accurately processing transactions, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking:
Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
Communicate special dietary needs and preferences to the kitchen.
Serving:
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Ensure orders are delivered accurately and attractively presented.
Refill beverages and attend to guest needs throughout the meal.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Cashiering:
Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
Provide guests with accurate bills and return change as needed.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
Bussing:
Clear tables of used dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
Ensure that dining areas are tidy and organized.
Assist with setting up tables for new guests.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer satisfaction ratings.
Accuracy and speed of order taking and serving.
Cash handling accuracy and balanced cash drawer.
Cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Adherence to health and safety standards.
Skills and Competencies Required:

Order Taking Form: To document guest orders accurately.
Cash Handling Log: To record and balance cash transactions.
Cleaning Checklist: To ensure dining areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
