JPMorganChase in the Philippines is recruiting through its Fresh Graduate Pooling Program to build a pipeline for upcoming entry-level opportunities across multiple teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes, with training and support provided.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the confidence to ask questions and elevate concerns when needed.
• Able to manage tasks, stay organized, and meet agreed deadlines with guidance from the team.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal); any experience from school projects, internships, org work, or part-time roles is a plus.
• Amenable and committed to working onsite in BGC and following US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day activities and deliverables aligned to team goals, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Communicates status updates, escalates issues when needed, and maintains clear documentation/records to support smooth execution
• Assists in preparing reports, trackers, and basic analyses to help stakeholders make informed decisions
• Coordinates with internal partners to gather requirements, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of requests
• Learns and applies internal tools, policies, and procedures; adheres to required controls, quality standards, and compliance expectations
• Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of agreed changes
