Job Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Record customer interactions in the system with attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy at all times
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with timely, professional support
- Resolve concerns with empathy and patience to ensure a positive experience
- Process orders, returns, and other service-related requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals
- Apply product and service knowledge learned through training
Qualifications
- Open to new graduates, career shifters, and tenured professionals
- Must be willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- With or without BPO experience
