The ideal candidate has 2+ years in auditing or freight billing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The role includes a Php 5,000.00 fixed night differential per month and a Php 2,500.00 work-from-home allowance, with emphasis on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auditing, freight billing, accounts payable or related accounting function.
• Transportation and/or freight auditing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process freight invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review aging reports with carriers and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Document standard operating procedures.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Learn and operate multiple software systems daily.
• Support implementation of new systems and processes as needed.
• Collaborate with the integration team to resolve system or process issues.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and support cross-functional projects.
