Role overview

Lead the creative vision and strategy for campaigns, events, activations, and brand initiatives. Manage creative teams, collaborate with strategy, accounts, and production, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand objectives. • Lead the creative direction and concept development for campaigns and brand activations.
• Collaborate with strategy, accounts, production, digital, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in a creative leadership role (Creative Director, Senior Art Director, etc.), with a track record of leading campaigns or integrated marketing projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, activations, video).
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine market and consumer culture is preferred.
