Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and pipelining top talent for various roles within Atos Philippines, with a strong focus on BPO and Specialized hiring. This role supports high-volume recruitment needs and contributes to strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, events) to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Create marketing collaterals for corporate and social media publishing.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability. Provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Maintain ERP and ARP programs to sustain candidate pipeline. Ensure candidate data is updated and compliant with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration & Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities. Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing performance metrics (e.g., time-to-source, conversion rates). Provide regular reports and recommendations for process improvements.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sourcing Specialist identifies, attracts, and engages candidates for technical, skilled, and entry-level positions, including Pest Control Technicians, Cleaners, Utility Staff, Plumbers, Cadet Engineers, Aircon Technicians, and Fumigators.
