Job summary

Propel Manila is seeking a Project Coordinator to handle client servicing and internal team management across Creatives, Data, Social and Suppliers. You will brief and follow up on JOs, secure approvals, and ensure timely submissions.

This role is work-from-home with occasional face-to-face client meetings. Schedule is 9am–6pm, 3–6 month contract with potential for extension; monthly rate of 30k PHP, payment every 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Internal Team Management (Creatives, Data, Social, Supplier) - Briefing/J0, Follow-ups, Weekly Alignment + PSR Updating/Submission, Submissions, Secure Approvals, SLA Reinforcement
• Content Brief Development for Monthly Allocation
• Calendar Orchestration (Monitoring, Updating)
• Asset Management - QA check, Download & Upload, Detail Collation & Organization
• Production Supervision (preps to editing) - Production Planning with Creatives & Supplier, Shoot Scheduling, Managing Traffic of Editing Work

Schedule: 9am - 6pm (flexible as long as tasks for the day are completed)

Duration: 3 - 6 months (subject for extension)

Rate: 30k a month (rate depends on the workload)

Payment method: every 30 days
