Salmon Group is seeking an Investigation Officer to support fraud prevention and case management across the organization. You will handle end-to-end investigations, analyze digital and operational evidence, and work with internal teams to mitigate risks and support legal actions.

The role requires a criminology background, 3+ years in investigations within finance or security, and strong MS Office and communication skills. Join a fast-paced team focused on integrity and risk control.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of investigation experience in financing, banking or security industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manages cases received via shared mailbox and hotline.
• Conducts initial investigations of cases triggered by other departments.
• Ensures data gathering for end-to-end investigations.
• Provides technical support to investigation, litigation, and forensic analysts to collect, preserve, process, analyze and interpret digital evidence.
• Investigates assigned cases at various risk levels.
• Implements fraud prevention and investigation programs, policies, systems, and plans.
• Performs covert and overt investigations.
• Conducts surveillance and counter-surveillance.
• Coordinates with internal departments for risk mitigation.
• Represents the company in prosecution and litigation as required.
