We are seeking a highly experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive our fast food chain’s growth through strategic franchise recruitment, strong partner relationships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead franchise business development by formulating and executing recruitment plans.

  • Identify, attract, and secure qualified franchise partners to expand TFF’s footprint.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees, ensuring operational success and profitability.

  • Develop and refine franchise policies, fee structures, and partnership models to enhance competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (site selection, construction, operations, training) to provide full franchisee support.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and drive continuous growth.

  • Achieve the company’s franchise recruitment and expansion targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in franchise development or business expansion within the fast food / restaurant industry.

  • Extensive franchise network and proven track record of successful franchise recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of franchise operations, agreements, policies, and legal frameworks.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet aggressive recruitment and expansion targets.

  • Fluency in English; Chinese language skills preferred for cross-cultural communication.
