Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in compliance or related roles.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulations and labour laws is a plus.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to travel to branches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance inspections across company and franchises.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and government rules.
• Identify risks, investigate findings, and recommend actions.
• Develop, review, and implement compliance procedures.
• Prepare and organize compliance reports and documentation.
• Monitor validity of permits, licences, certifications.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and implement measures.
• Submit reports to Compliance Head and Management.
• Conduct compliance orientations and training for staff and partners.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators during audits.
