Job summary

TransUnion Philippines is looking for an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with regional alignment. You will deliver accurate financial analysis and reporting to enable business decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to explain financial insights to non‑finance stakeholders. This role offers growth within a multinational finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle/Hyperion is a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines, aligning with regional/global timelines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results including P&L, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for planning and management reviews.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand drivers, costs, and assumptions.
• Provide timely financial insights to support operations and strategic initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and elevate findings to FP&A leadership.
• Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting per standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and systems.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and management presentations.

Team Overview

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner supports TransUnion Philippines’ financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. This role partners closely with local and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial analysis, insights, and reporting that support business and operational decision‑making. The role is primarily an individual contributor, with accountability for execution, analysis, and stakeholder support rather than people leadership.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines, in alignment with regional and global finance timelines.


• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including P&L, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business planning and management reviews.


• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand financial drivers, cost trends, and business assumptions.


• Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.


• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and elevate findings to FP&A leadership as appropriate.


• Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives across the organization.


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting in accordance with TransUnion standards.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems.


• Support ad‑hoc analysis, business cases, and management presentations as required.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.


• 2-4 yearsof relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles.


• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, or similar planning tools) is an advantage.


• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.


• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in amultinational or matrixed organization, preferably within shared services or regional finance teams.


• Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms.


• Working knowledge ofIFRS or US GAAP.


• Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes is a plus.
