Job Description

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for supply chain units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor cost developments and support cost center controlling
• Assist budget holders in managing financial performance
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and SOPs
• Enhance cost tracking and reporting through ERP and BI tools
• Support data quality improvement across financial and operational systems
• Develop cost-per-activity insights (e.g., per product, per delivery)
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA) is a plus
• Strong communication and intercultural skills
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control
• Strong background in costing and supply chain finance
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience (preferably SAP)
• Familiarity with planning tools like Anaplan is an advantage
• Open to working US hours to align with plant operations and global teams
