Job Description

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, cost structures, and margins.
• Support top management with business insights and strategy development.
• Taxation: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle critical taxation matters.
• Operating/Process Oversight: Review and approve reports from shared service in China.
• Analyze deviations in forecasts and project outcomes.
• Accounting Functions: Core accounting moved to China; less focus needed on day-to-day accounting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong expertise in financial management and reporting within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
