Job summary

Solvento Philippines, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Enterprise Transformation Services team. You will analyze financial data, translate requirements into planning models, and support planning solutions design and configuration.

You will work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure accuracy of financial planning models, and deliver work on schedule while complying with security and governance standards. On-site at client premises in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with Anaplan or planning tools is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work on-site at client premises within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and business processes to support planning solution design.
• Translate requirements into planning models and configurations.
• Understand finance, accounting, and business rules to ensure accurate solution design.
• Configure and maintain planning models based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution training and certification programs as required.
• Deliver assigned work within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate logic.
• Collaborate with Planning Solution Architects and team members for project delivery.
• Assist in scope definition and effort estimation for prospective clients.
• Learn planning technologies and how they support business processes.
• Attend client meetings when needed and ensure proper project controls.
