Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a senior team lead for SP&A to mentor and develop the team, prioritize workloads, and enhance analytical capabilities on key business topics. You will drive performance analyses, translate data into actionable insights, and support planning, targets, and forecasting.

The role requires strong Excel and financial modeling skills, plus a business-owner mindset and on-site presence in Manila.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking.
• Advanced financial modeling with ability to build what-if scenarios considering competitors and macro shifts.
• Business owner mentality—identify leakage, propose pivots, and drive the business forward.
• Mastery of Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus for navigating BI data infrastructure.
• Degree in finance, economics, or engineering from a top-tier university.
• Position requires on-site presence in Shopee PH.

• Oversee the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports with key updates and insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data and reporting for management reviews.
• Standardize and improve reporting processes and dashboards.

Requirements:
