Job summary

HRTX is seeking an FP&A leader in Alabang to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for our logistics operations. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to quantify costs, profitability, and key drivers, delivering timely management reports and dashboards.

With 3+ years in FP&A and 2+ years in people management, you will coach a finance team and ensure compliant, accurate reporting. A finance degree is required; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and analysis.
• Experience in logistics industry and understanding of cost drivers and profitability.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support business planning and performance management.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• At least 3 years of FP&A experience, with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
• Must have prior experience in the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of logistics operations, cost drivers, and profitability.
• At least 2 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing finance teams.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in financial systems such as SAP or Oracle; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
