Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the organization in the Philippines. You will consolidate plans, develop financial models, and present insights to senior management.

In this role, you will partner with Operations, HR, Commercial, Technology, and Corporate functions, oversee a team of FP&A analysts, and lead month-end close, reporting, and process improvements using BI tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.
• 8–12+ years of Finance/FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop financial models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate financial plans across business units and departments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Perform detailed variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast.
• Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Commercial, Technology, and Corporate Functions.
• Support business leaders through financial decision support and business case evaluations.
• Provide recommendations on investments, resource allocation, pricing, and cost optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Controllership and Accounting during month-end close.
• Review accruals, journal entries, and financial results.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Standardize reporting processes and dashboards.
• Improve reporting efficiency using BI and automation tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A analysts.
• Manage workload, performance, and career development.
