Job summary

HRTx Inc., located in Talamban, Cebu City, is seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will deliver timely insights to management and work with stakeholders to monitor performance and drive financial improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in relevant field, 3+ years FP&A with 2+ years supervisory; CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A experience with 2+ years supervisory.
• CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and BI/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and drivers.
• Prepare and maintain branch P&L reports and dashboards.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
• Partner with department heads to support cost optimization and performance.
• Provide management with timely financial analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation.
• Monitor performance against targets.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects.
