Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an FP&A Expert for Care Delivery North America who will lead complex FP&A activities, oversee planning, analysis, and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across financial processes. The role partners with senior leaders to deliver insights on clinic, JVs, regional, and business-line performance.

The position requires coaching junior colleagues, enhancing digital reporting, and ensuring alignment with corporate FP&A standards while working in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA) strongly preferred.
• Specialized courses in financial analysis or data analytics are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reporting packs on revenues, P&L, and KPIs.
• Oversee dashboard reporting with KPIs for decision-making.
• Participate in performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Provide variance analysis summaries and performance commentaries.
• Ensure accuracy and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Participate in regular and ad hoc reporting and forecasting.
• Lead initiatives within and outside FP&A.

Job description

The FP&A Expert is responsible for complex FP&A activities for Care Delivery North America and oversees financial planning, analysis and reporting activities including continues improvement initiatives and projects.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to deliver outputs, insights analysis on clinic, JVs, regional or business line performance.

Acts as a coach to junior colleagues, drives digitalization of reporting and financial processes, and ensures alignment with corporate FP&A standards.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensures delivery of reporting packs on revenues, P&L, and KPIs.
• Oversees Dashboard reporting with KPIs for analysis decision-making.
• Participates or drives performance reviews with recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• First-level to advance variance analysis summaries and performance commentaries
• Ensures accuracy and drives issue resolution.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Participate in regular and ad hoc reporting, forecasting activities.
• Leads key initiatives and projects within and outside FP&A.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (required)

• Leverage expertise in healthcare, with a focus on kidney care and dialysis services, including associated therapies and complementary services such as vascular access, renal pharmacy, and diagnostic laboratory solutions.
• Willingness to work on a graveyard shift (8 pm-5 am PH time)

a) Functional knowledge

Authority in FP&A and proven ability to deliver value-add financial planning, reporting, insights and analysis on performance, profitability trends
Advanced ability to challenge and influence business partners with data-driven insights
Contributor to cross-function and CD North America projects and initiatives.

b) IT skills

Expert in Excel-based modeling, automation, visualization
Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, BI, and planning tools (Anaplan, Hyperion)
Familiar with emerging digital finance solutions and data security trends

c) Languages

High fluency in English in the business environment
