Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an FP&A Analyst to analyze and monitor project financial performance, prepare financial projections, and support corporate budgeting and management reporting. The role ensures data accuracy and provides insights for planning and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include project financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with collaboration across Planning, Sales, Accounting, and Construction teams to validate inputs and deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A, budgeting, or financial modeling experience.
• Experience in project-based financial analysis, construction, or infrastructure is advantageous.
• Strong Excel proficiency; ERP systems and reporting tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate reports on time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project financial performance and monitor profitability against budgets.
• Prepare financial projections, budgets, and management reports for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models and templates for reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate inputs and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial updates for management review.
