Job summary

J&F Foods is seeking an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting with a focus on delivery and supply chain costs. The role involves analyzing variances, preparing scorecards, and providing insights to improve efficiency.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in FP&A or accounting, a strong grasp of cost accounting, and experience with SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel. Location is Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting or a related field.
• 1–2 years FP&A or Accounting Business Partner experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and forecast process by validating D&S C, logistics, sales volume, and pricing assumptions.
• Analyze D&S C costs for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare monthly performance scorecards with key metrics and recommendations.
• Conduct variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior year with actionable insights.
• Generate and report sales performance updates and forecasts for management.
