Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for the Claims Finance & Vendor Management organization. The role partners with leaders to provide insights, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will blend finance acumen with SQL, database management, and BI tools to strengthen planning and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and SQL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Develop KPI reporting to support decisions across Finance & Vendor Mgmt.
• Support annual operating plan and strategic planning activities.
• Build financial models to evaluate performance and investments.
• Conduct vendor financial reviews and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Create ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership.
