Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. You will assist with financial planning, reporting and analysis, turning data into business insight and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
• 2–4 years FP&A experience or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with consolidation/reporting tools such as Esker, Blackline, Oracle BI or OneStream.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support updating month-end closing reports from various data sources.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end activities within SLA.
• Support corporate finance operations: freight, intercompany, charge-out processes.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, accruals, forecasts and dashboards.
• Review invoices and ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Provide variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to support close activities and process improvements.
• Support internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Job description

Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

Nature and Scope of Role:

The Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Corporate FP&A team and will assist with financial planning, reporting and analysis. We are looking for someone who can take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support, communicate effectively; identify and drive improvements; and develop relationships within the finance organization.

Job Details:

Hybrid: at least 4x RTO in a month - might change depending on team meetings, company gatherings, etc.

Schedule: 3:00PM - 12:00AM

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Support updating of month-end closing reports with data from various system sources
• Perform month end, quarter end, and year end activities within SLA
• Support corporate finance operations through management of freight, intercompany, and charge-out processes.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, coding, and reconciliation of intercompany and operational transactions.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial reports, accruals, forecasts, and dashboards to support decision-making and financial planning.
• Review invoices, validate financial data, and maintain reporting accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
• Partner with FP&A team to provide variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to support month-end close activities, resolve issues, and drive process improvements across corporate finance functions.
• Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 2-4 years FP&A experience
• High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Esker, Blackline, Oracle BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
• The ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is critical
• Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
• Relevant experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting process
• Global manufacturing experience strongly preferred, not required
