Regal Rexnord is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Corporate FP&A team. The role emphasizes financial planning, reporting, and analytics to provide business insight and decision support. You will work with data to improve processes, communicate effectively, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
The position involves supporting month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, and preparation of dashboards for senior management, within a hybrid schedule and standard corporate policies.
You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.
The Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Corporate FP&A team and will assist with financial planning, reporting and analysis. We are looking for someone who can take advantage of data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support, communicate effectively; identify and drive improvements; and develop relationships within the finance organization.
Hybrid: at least 4x RTO in a month - might change depending on team meetings, company gatherings, etc. Schedule: 3:00PM - 12:00AM
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 2-4 years FP&A experience High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with Esker, Blackline, Oracle BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools Strong written and verbal communication skills required Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills The ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is critical Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities Relevant experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting process Global manufacturing experience strongly preferred, not required
