Job summary

Green Nation Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our operations team in San Pedro City, Laguna. This full-time role ensures the safe and efficient movement of materials across our facilities to support production and logistics objectives.

You will load/unload, inspect equipment, maintain records, and collaborate with warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly while upholding safety standards in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification or licence required.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards and material handling best practices.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness and the ability to work in confined spaces.
• Physical capability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret warehouse documentation, labels and shipping instructions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations software.
• Preferred: Additional certifications in material handling or equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and pallets with precision and care to prevent product damage.
• Inspect forklifts and equipment before each shift to identify maintenance needs and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved, loads transported and equipment usage.
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Perform housekeeping duties in warehouse and production areas to maintain organised and safe work spaces.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, production teams and supervisors to coordinate material movements and resolve operational challenges.
• Assist with inventory management and material organisation within the warehouse or production facility
