Job summary

San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. (SMILSI) is seeking a forklift operator to receive, unload, store, and move materials within designated locations. You will ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventories using forklifts and related equipment.

The role demands at least two years of forklift experience on 3-ton+ machines, ability to work shifting schedules, and a high school diploma. Safety compliance and collaborative logistics teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating 3-ton and above mechanical/electrical forklifts.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• High school graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Stack, move and stage materials using forklift or other handling equipment.
• Pick, prepare, and load products for shipment according to required quantity and specs.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Operate forklifts safely per procedures.
• Assist in inventory counting and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory control.
• Monitor forklift fuel consumption and operating hours.
• Coordinate with Warehouseman on picking and storage locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials in designated locations.

• Operate forklifts and equipment safely in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist in inventory counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory control.
• Monitor and record forklift fuel consumption and operating hours.
• Coordinate with the Warehouseman on product picking and storage locations.

About you

• High School Graduate
