• Tracking: Tracking heavy materials
• Filling orders: Filling orders and interacting with customers
• Inventory: Counting and organizing inventory
• Safety: Operating all equipment safely and following safety guidelines

• Certification: A valid forklift operator's license and certification from a recognized body
• Education: A high school diploma or GED
• Physical condition: Be in good physical condition
• Skills: Have excellent hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and spatial relationships
