Job summary

Catholic Relief Services Philippines seeks a project team member to monitor coffee value chain interventions that improve farmer incomes and climate resilience, through agroforestry, market linkages, and enterprise strengthening. You will work with project partners and ensure adherence to CRS standards.

Travel up to 50-75% is required; based in Malaybalay City and Talaingod, with collaboration across government and private partners to strengthen livelihoods and safeguarding of communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years in value chain projects.
• Experience with participatory planning and community engagement.
• Experience with farmer organizations and PPPs; willingness to be based in Malaybalay City and Talaingod.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement project activities per plan and standards.
• Collaborate with finance/insurance institutions to develop tailored products for Indigenous coffee farmers.
• Monitor challenges, adjust plans, and support partners in reflection.
• Coordinate project evaluation activities and assist data collection per reporting schedule.
• Identify capacity-building needs and document promising practices.
