Job summary

TOA Global in Cebu is seeking a Forensic & Litigation Services Associate to advance the firm’s forensic accounting and litigation support capabilities. This onsite, night-shift role collaborates with senior managers, partners, and experts to untangle complex financial data and organize legal case evidence.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in public accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

0-2 years of foundational experience in public accounting or external audit.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree a plus.
CPA license preferred; active or in progress.
Proficient with technology, financial data models, and MS Office.
Strong project management and core compliance ethics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Onsite full-time shift at Manila facility on permanent night schedule.

Responsibilities

Forensic Investigation & Valuation Support: assist with complex engagements on marital property and financial investigations.
Case Document Analysis: organize and summarize dense legal/financial documents.
Information & Asset Research: research property deeds, filings, market data.
Financial Scheduling & Mapping: schedule tax returns and data, build charts.
Trial & Mediation Preparation: help structure deposition and exhibits.
Proactive Problem Solving: identify anomalies and present solutions to leadership.
Peer Leadership: mentor incoming interns and assist onboarding.
