- Maintain proper grooming with a complete uniform.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Greet guests with a smile and the signature greeting: “Welcome to Camp Netanya Resort & Spa” upon entry.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and give a fond farewell upon check-out.
Foreman Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise workers; oversee, manage, and troubleshoot common problems that arise on the job site.
- Create work schedules based on company requirements and staff availability, ensuring safety regulations are always observed on-site.
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, or personnel issues.
- Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to personnel.
- Train, manage, and mentor employees.
- Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety requirements.
- Emphasize the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment, and provide training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures.
- Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
- Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
- Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials.

- Implement and manage security protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of guests.
- Keep up to date with all hotel safety and hygiene policies.
Covered Shift
- Perform tasks and duties and cover shifts of colleagues in their absence.
