Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Experience in food industry preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Computer literate.
• Detail oriented.
• Exposure to inventory, receiving, dispatching, staff management, warehouse and administrative operations.
• Able to meet warehouse standards and contribute to system improvements.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations compliance.
• Performing daily inspection of warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
