About the role

As a Food Service Manager (Restaurant Manager) at Southeastasia Retail, Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant located in Ugong Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, while also delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service are consistently maintained

Develop and implement effective training programs for restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and supporting the restaurant team

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of restaurant staff

Strong financial and budgeting skills, with the ability to optimise costs and drive profitability

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, staff, and suppliers

Hands-on experience in food preparation, presentation, and quality control

Thorough understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry
