Job summary

You will perform sensory, physical, and chemical tests, ensure HACCP compliance, document results, and monitor CCPs and sanitation on the production floor.

The role requires hands-on work around industrial equipment, strict PPE, and collaboration with suppliers and production staff to uphold safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science field.
• Proven experience in a QC/QA role within manufacturing (food/beverage).
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and local food safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure production activities meet HACCP and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inspection and lab records for audit readiness.
• Monitor CCPs like oven temps, cooling times, and seal integrity.
• Oversee sanitation and SSOP effectiveness before lines start.
• Inspect supplier shipments to verify ingredient quality.
• Identify and report sub-standard products; assist root-cause analysis.
