Job summary

R.Lapid's Chicharon & Barbercue Laging Bagong Luto is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join its food manufacturing team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on maintaining quality and safety through material, in-process, and finished goods checks.

Responsibilities include monitoring cGMP, 5S, HACCP, and SOP adherence, conducting line sanitation checks, documenting findings, and reporting deviations to the QA team. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate minimum.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in quality inspection or production processes is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and inspection accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and coordinate with production personnel.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to Food Safety Programs, cGMP, 5S, HACCP, and SOPs.
• Conduct routine line checks, sanitation inspections, and documentation of findings.
• Identify non-conformances and report deviations to the QA Team.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure products meet required standards of quality, safety, and functionality before release.
