The Food Delivery Rider is expected to perform all duties required of his position which include the following:

• Checks/verifies accuracy of food items against order to be delivered to customers.
• Loads and delivers food items to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Smiles and greets customers
• Listens to customer feedback and complaint and reports this to supervisor.
• Thanks the customers and ask for repeat business
• Observes proper grooming and personal hygiene
• Ensures compliance with all SOPs, rules and regulations especially health and safety standards.
• Cleans and maintains company vehicle and use them judiciously.
• Helps in the dining or kitchen area as necessary.
• Performs all other undertakings required by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php11,310.00 per month
