Hotdish is seeking a Food Courier/Rider in Metro Manila to ensure safe transit and timely delivery of food orders. You will work with Dispatch, Social Media, and Accounting to ensure order accuracy, handle cash and digital payments, and deliver items in pristine condition across all weather conditions and shifts.

The role requires proficient navigation, reliable vehicle maintenance, and clear communication to keep customers satisfied while supporting reconciliation of payments and order records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify orders from Dispatch and pickup items accurately.
• Use GPS tools to find fastest routes and prevent spills or damage.
• Process cash and digital payments on-site with accuracy.
• Update order statuses via Messenger Group Chat and report cash collections to Accounting.
• Keep the delivery vehicle road-ready, maintain license/registration, and sanitize bags daily.
• Manage minor bottlenecks, follow traffic laws, and report incidents promptly.

JOB SUMMARY

The Food Courier/ Rider is responsible for the safe transit, timely delivery, and payment collection of food orders. Working closely with Dispatch, Social Media, and Accounting, the rider ensures orders are 100% accurate, handles cash and digital payments, and delivers products in pristine condition across all weather conditions and shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Verification & Pickup: Pick up verified orders from Dispatch, double-check item accuracy, and handle delivery receipts (DR).

• Safe Transit & Route Optimization: Use GPS tools to find the fastest routes and secure food packages to prevent spills or damage.

• Payment Collection: Process cash and digital payments on-site with complete accuracy and zero financial discrepancies.

• Real-Time Communication: Update order statuses via Messenger Group Chat (GC) and report cash collections directly to Accounting.

• Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Keep the vehicle road-ready, maintain valid license/registration, and sanitize delivery bags daily.

• Issue & Complaint Resolution: Manage minor field bottlenecks, follow traffic laws, and immediately report transit accidents or customer escalations.
