FOH SUPERVISOR DUTIES:

Supervision and Management

• Supervise all FOH stations

• Evaluate FOH Staff

• Uniform and grooming check of FOH Staff

• Motivate staff

• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Customer Service

• Ensure customer’s happiness

• Handle customer’s complaints

Quality Control and Compliance

• Quality control

• Ensure cleanliness of station

Administrative Duties

• Check the accuracy of Daily sales report

• Timekeeping

• Ordering of FOH Materials

• Inform management of issues

Training and Development

• Impart Core values and Core practices to staff

Marketing

• Local marketing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Food industry and supervisory level
