Job summary

RCBC is seeking an experienced application systems specialist to design, develop, maintain and enhance its software applications and their documentation. You will gather user requirements, design modules, implement interfaces, and prepare tests and deployment plans to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, plus at least 4 years of Flutter experience, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Flutter.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information on user requirements used for systems analysis and design.
• Designs application modules/systems based on user requirements and specifications.
• Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports specifications.
• Codes and compiles new and revised programs following SDLC standards and audits.
• Prepares test data and conducts tests to ensure error-free coding.
• Prepares test, conversion and implementation plans for supervisor approval.
• Develops and maintains system documentation/manuals of the application systems.
• Supervises file conversion.
• Provides support and technical assistance to users of the application.
• Conducts initial training to trainors/users of application system.
• Recommends improvements to procedures to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
